Account Configuration

The Account Configuration section provides the necessary tools to the user to consult the user’s account Profile, documentation, support, and log out of the Digital Customer Engagement platform.

To access the Account Configuration section, click on the avatar located in the top-right corner.

Upon selection, a dropdown menu will open with the following options:

• Account

• User Guide

• Support Center

• Spaces (for users with access to multiple spaces, otherwise omitted)

• Sign out
